Google released a developer update to Chrome OS which brings Android app support to four new Chromebook models. Following  laptops includes Dell Chromebook 13, , Samsung Chromebook 3,  ASUS C301SA and HP 13. If you want to access to the Google Play Store on  these machines then you have to run the most recent developer version of Chrome OS but it may contain bugs  and other rough fixers when it comes to full Android app support.
